Founded by Lauren Hodgins, a marine biologist by day and foodie at heart, The Fundy Foodie was born from a lifelong love of food, creativity, and community. Lauren learned the art of platter-making alongside her father, a cook who spent years creating beautiful spreads for family and friends. What began as a childhood passion evolved into a business dedicated to helping people celebrate life's moments with ease and style.

Based in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, we proudly serve Charlotte County, Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis, and surrounding areas. Using as many locally sourced products as possible, each order is carefully curated to create a memorable experience for you and your guests.

1. Research & Relationships
Collaboration over competition. We are constantly building relationships with local businesses & distributors. We spend countless hours researching our products, how they are made, and how they pair together.
2. Sourcing
Working with smaller businesses means shipping & supply can be obstacles. The majority of our products involve travel to pick up, we have to order weeks in advance, or "wing it" based on what's in stock. Wholesale pricing is not always available and to provide fresh products, planning is crucial.
3. Build & Create
This is where the creativity comes in! We start with the cheese, then the meat, add in the crunch, and then garnish with fruit, vegetables, and fresh herbs. The pairings and ingredients are always picked and portioned before the building begins.

4. Deliver & Enjoy!
This is the final step and most rewarding, where we get to finally give our platter to you! The hard work is done, and now we get to help you celebrate and enjoy!

Every year The Fundy Foodie donates a portion of their profits to community causes. Since Opening in 2020 we have been able to donate to Charlotte County Cancer, St. Stephen Food Bank, SPCA, Several local schools, and many more. Thank you for your continued support!
